Description

For the private sector, this course will cover union organizational campaigns, unfair labor practices, representation, elections, collective bargaining, arbitration, strikes, lockouts and secondary boycotts. For the public sector, this course will cover selection of a union, collective bargaining, mediation, arbitration, and constitutional rights of employees. There will be an outline, one textbook, and handouts.

This course requires a term paper and does not have a final examination.
