Description

America is no longer unique in having a rich body of constitutional law. Both national and international tribunals have produced numerous decisions on civil, political, social and economic issues, as well as on structural and other constitutional problems. The course compares American and foreign approaches to such current issues as abortion, free speech, homosexuality, and governmental structures.
