Tuesday, March 25, 2014

President Obama stated during the recent State of the Union that our government was “in the process of fixing” health care in this country. The Administrative Law Review's annual symposium will explore the complicated and controversial regulatory implications of that deceptively simple statement. Discussion panels will provide in-depth analysis of current regulatory issues under the Affordable Care Act, to include: the Independent Payment Advisory Board, alternative dispute resolutions options to facilitate health care coverage, and how the ACA can protect civil rights.
