International Humanitarian Law: Emerging Issues in the Law of Armed Conflict

This conference will be the culmination of the second International Humanitarian Law Student Writing Competition, held in coordination with the American Society for International Law (ASIL). The competition winners will present their papers to a panel of distinguished IHL experts, which will be followed by a luncheon keynote address and an afternoon roundtable with academics and practitioners who will address the cutting-edge intersections of IHL and human rights.
