Thanks to recent technological advances, the shift to electronic health records is under way. However, as technology improves and the amount of personal information stored and shared digitally increases, so do concerns about the safety and privacy of our personal health information.This event will discuss the issues involved in protecting health information while simultaneouslyallowing access to appropriate parties, and the impact of the law on such efforts.
