International Commercial Arbitration in the Americas: A Look Ahead

Leading practitioners in the field will analyze recent practice trends and developments in the Americas in the area of international arbitration focusing specifically on the challenges and progress experienced by numerous countries in the region. Conference panels will focus on North, Central, and South America respectively. Special emphasis will be given to the involvement of local courts in decisions made by arbitral tribunals.
