The Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project hosts a celebration for the public school students who have participated in the constitutional law and juvenile justice classes taught by WCL students during the academic year. The celebration features essay, t-shirt design and art competitions for the high school students, presentation of the annual Mary Beth Tinker Award to an individual who has stood up for the rights of students in the past year, and a guest appearance by Mrs. Thurgood Marshall, widow of the late Supreme Court Justice.
