Three panel discussions on the legal and moral issues in the death penalty: The first will look at the development of death penalty in religious law, having speakers representing the Jewish, Christian and Islamic perspectives. The second panel will be comprised of legal historians, discussing the evolution of social moral thought relating to the death penalty and the third panel will feature practitioners discussing their personal experiences in their work with death row inmates.
