Drawing from legal and policy experts from around the world, the 2006 Annual Conference of the International Law Review will be a timely assessment and discussion of the current legal framework for nuclear non-proliferation. Topics to be addressed include the role of the UN Security Council, assessment of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, the legal implications and challenges presented by non-NPT nuclear states, and terrorism and non-proliferation.
