Description
Analyze the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the laws of other countries criminalizing foreign bribery, focusing on statutory provisions, prosecution, cases and settlements, and learn about private sector compliance and integrity programs and best practices and their implementation in challenging environments. Expert lecturers from the U.S. government, private firms, corporations and non-profits bring first-hand experience to the discussions.
