Description

Once the domain of Las Vegas and Atlantic City,ýgaming operations and casinos now thrive acrossýthe country. In addition, massive resort hotelsýcreate numerous issues for the hotel attorney.ýThis course examines recent developments in legalýand operational areas including: hotel torts;ýalcoholic beverage regulation; federal, state, andýlocal regulation (including the ADA); Indian andýTribal gaming; and intellectual property.
