Description
Probably the single most important area of hotelýlaw, the management, licensing, and franchisingýagreements necessary to operate most hotels areýembedded with complex issues that integrate law,ýeconomics, heightened negotiations, and detailedýcontract drafting. The course explores the manyýmodels of hotel ownership and branded chains thatýallow operations to appear seamless to hotelýguests.
