Description

In the practice of law, clients look to theirýattorneys to be not only an authority regardingýlegal interpretation, but to also understand andýanticipate the nuances of complex transactions.ýWhen properly analyzed and crafted, a legalýagreement will clearly allocate and describe legalýresponsibility and risk and, at the same time,ýarticulate the obligations of the parties forýfuture action. Combining discussions of relevantýlaws and legal scenarios, along with drafting andýnegotiation assignments, this class continues theýacademic introduction of contracts and offersýessential skills for success in practice.
