Description

The Hospitality & Tourism Law program curriculum offers comprehensive courses, including: (i) Introduction to Hotel Law (LAW 950); (ii) Management Agreements & Franchise Agreements (951); (iii) Advanced Topics in Hotel Law (953); and (iv) Hotel Transactions and Contract Drafting (954). With other courses in the HTL program designed to introduce essential elements of hotel law, the Advanced Legal Topics course examines critical legal issues facing in gaming and resorts, including issues in labor & employment law, plus the many issues facing the hotel general counsel. Hotel attorneys constantly address scenarios calling for complex legal analysis across multiple disciplines, while novel issues routinely emerge from industry sectors.
