Description

The health care industry is made up of a web of business transactions, including contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, to name a few. Transactional lawyers are called upon to manage and negotiate complex transactions, while advising clients on legal issues. In this course, students will be exposed to the types of transactions that are prevalent in the health care industry and examine the key business and legal issues that arise.
