Description

This skill based learning course is designed to teach students how to apply negotiation theories and principles more effectively to achieve results that meet your client’s interests. Through in class simulations and discussions, you will learn to develop negotiation plans and to negotiate using various bargaining strategies, styles, tactics and techniques. The simulations will provide practical, hands-on negotiation experience in various areas of law including contracts, civil, and criminal. The goal is for the students to gain experience and confidence managing difficult or stubborn opponents, developing effective strategies to obtain better results for your clients, and becoming a more persuasive, principled negotiator.
