Description

Recognizing the damage corruption causes to effective development, economic growth and fair competition, the World Bank and regional Multilateral Development Banks have increased significantly their attention to preventing and sanctioning corruption in Bank-financed projects and in the countries where they operate. This course will focus on the investigations and sanctions regimes, corruption red-flag identification, and challenges for contractors and defense counsel.
