Description
Participants learn how to prepare and conduct direct and cross-examinations, deliver effective opening statements and closing arguments, make timely objections, and lay the proper foundation to admit evidence during the course of a trial. The couse concludes with a full mock trial before a sitting judge and citizen jurors.
