Description
Designed to provide foreign lawyers an understanding of the U.S. business environment, the course covers basic concepts of business associations, sales, secured transactions, securities law, debtor-creditor relations, antitrust, consumer protection, and tax. Open only to LLM students who do not hold a U.S. JD degree.

Editions dated before 2018 will not contain the current versions of some of the material that we will be reviewing in detail.
