**Instructor permission required.** Email Prof Lippy (email@example.com) a short statement of interest and description of trial ad course work or litigation experience. Pre-requisites: Evidence (LAW 633) and either Criminal Trial Advocacy (LAW 694) or Civil Trial Advocacy (LAW 695).
A practical course designed to enrich students' understanding of the Federal Rules of Evidence and their application in a trial setting. Through a series of exercises, which simulate pretrial motions and witness examinations, students develop the skills to advocate for or against the admissibility of evidence at trial.
