Description
The course will cover the examination of witnesses and the law governing the role of the judge and jury in the admissibility and consideration of evidence. Students will study the rules of evidence that control the admissibility of hearsay, privileged communications, and various other types of evidence. The course includes practice quizzes and take-home exercises throughout the semester and culminates in a multiple choice exam.
