The weekly Humphrey Seminar is designed to assistýHumphrey Fellows in meeting the over-all ýgoals of the Humphrey Fellowship Program throughýguest lectures, trainings, individualýpresentations, and site visits. The Seminarýprovides academic training, professionalýexpertise, and improved understanding of theýUnited States to program participants. It is alsoýforum in which Fellows can exchange views withýeach other and guest lecturers on issues of mutualýinterest relating to law and development.
