Description
This course provides the techniques, strategies, and skills essential to legal practice, clerking, dean’s fellow assignments or research needed for upper level seminar or scholarly papers. This course has hands-on learning with problems, exercises, presentations, and written research. Many substantive topical areas will be covered identifying the best, most authoritative and cost-effective research sources and strategies.
