Description

The Business Associations course is designed to give the student an introduction to how business is conducted the United States. We will review the various types of business entities, from a sole proprietorship to a large publicly-held corporation; and the advantages and disadvantages of conducting business in the various entities. Each of the business entities has its own requirements and restrictions, especially the large publicly-held corporations. Most of the course will be devoted to the study of corporations.
