Notices
THIS CLASS NOW MEETS IN WARREN N102 FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEMESTER. Welcome to 795DR-001 International Dispute Resolution Involving Sovereigns! This is a survey course on what can be done when there is a Sovereign or State-owned enterprise on one side of the "v." or the other -- or both. For the first class, please do the reading listed for the first class that is available on My.WCL and that I have also attached to the back of the Syllabus below. I know the class has a wait list, so if you are interested in being in the class, please do the reading and come to the first class session and we will see what can be worked out. To encourage participation in the first class, and to set the tone I like to have to begin the semester, I will provide pizza and beverages for the first class. I look forward to meeting all of you!
