Description
This course provides a general overview of the legal and public policy issues in domestic regulation of the dynamic communications and information industry including, broadcasting, cable, satellite, telephone, mobile and broadband services. One goal of the course is to teach students to be creative, thoughtful and interdisciplinary policy advocates and problem solvers in this complex area.
