Description

The Patent Prosecution seminar focuses on practical application of patent law concepts in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, the realities of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the specific issues relating to the preparation, prosecution, and securing of a U.S. patent. The seminar examines patent statutes and USPTO rules and practices governing patent prosecution as well as court decisions impacting and interpreting patents.
