Description
Although this course is titled "Advanced Labor Law" it is not really advanced, and there is no prerequisite. The course focuses primarily on labor law in the private sector, although there will be some comparisons to the public sector. The course includes union organizational campaigns, representation elections, collective bargaining, strikes and picketing, and arbitration.
