Description

This course provides an in-depth review of the law, regulations and policies governing the entry of foreigners into the United States for employment and business-related purposes. Students will examine the fundamental principles and defining concepts of the various temporary and permanent visa categories permitting employment.

Students will also gain unique insight from guest government speakers from the U.S. House of Representatives, Subcommittee on Immigration and from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
