Description

Private law firms, in-house legal departments, and government agencies continually hire graduates for their construction groups. Construction matters routinely include: (i) contract law; (ii) labor relations; (iii) dispute resolution; (iv) government contracting; (v) administrative law; (vi) white collar criminal law; (vii) environmental; (viii) real estate; (ix) project finance; and (x) ethics.

During the semester, the instructors will examine the wide range of substantive construction law and the legal disciplines impacting the construction, development, and design industry. As adjunct faculty, the instructors will also assemble informal networking events with principals of the D.C. construction industry.
