Description

Topics include lawmaking and literary creativity as analogous acts of ordering, similarities (and differences) between reading legal and literary texts, legal conceptions of authorship and the creative process, competing visions of justice in nonlegal literature, literary critiques of law and the legal profession, and modern and postmodern critical theory and its impact on law.
