We will be using 2 books in Legal Ethics this spring.
Our case book is: Lisa Lerman and Philip Schrag, Ethical Problems in the Practice of Law (2d ed. 2008). Our rules supplement is: Stephen Gillers, ed., Regulation of Lawyers: Statutes and Standards (Concise edition 2009). Both books are required texts for the course and will be used regularly.Description
An examination of the ethical obligations of the lawyer, including a detailed analysis of the Model Code of Professional Responsibility and the Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
