Description
Students will receive an overview of the procurement laws, regulations, and principles governing the formation of US federal contracts. Course objectives include providing students a working knowledge of government contract law and policy applicable to sealed bids, negotiated procurements, simplified acquisitions, overseas contracts, and the forums for challenging federal procurements.
