Description

This graded, one-credit seminar will explore and analyze the rule of law in the context of three major global issues (the COVID-19 pandemic, the rise of “big data”, and global climate change). Themes include public law and administration, the role of civil society and multilateral global institutions, nationalism, ethics and professional responsibility, and the role of trust and accountability.
