Description

Student Attorneys in this one-semester clinic help their clients solve legal problems and provide representation in civil matters in the courts and administrative agencies of the District of Columbia and Maryland. With a focus on economic justice, a typical docket may include cases involving employment law, housing law, public benefits law, and consumer law. Students represent clients in teams under the direction of clinical faculty and meet frequently in case supervision sessions. This clinic is open to second-, third-, and fourth-year students.
