Description

Welcome to Real Estate Planning. Commercial real estate development has become an important component of the private practice of law. An attorney's supervision of the purchase, financing and entitlement processes is crucial to the success of a development. This course offers you both substantive and practice-oriented insights regarding its subject. It focus is on the negotiation and drafting of documents involving shopping centers and office buildings. It is taught in a business school, case study format.
