The seminar is limited to members of the executive board of the Administrative Law Review. This restriction is imposed by our contract with the American Bar Association, the group that funds the ALR. It is a condition of the working relationship between the ABA and WCL that this semester is provided every fall, that all the senior editors on the executive board enroll, and that I (or another senior faculty teaching administrative law) am obligated to play an instructional and oversight role with that board beginning with the fall seminar and lasting through the academic year.
