Description

This class focuses on land use tools, such as zoning, nuisance, and eminent domain, which determine and shape the physical environment. Though the class includes materials first introduced in 1L Property, it provides the level of detail and depth necessary to begin understanding land use law and land use planning. The class will use local and national examples to illustrate the impact of law and economic forces on land development and on urban growth.
