Description
This one-credit short course will meet six times from August 27 to September 12. The course will explore how the Supreme Court shapes its docket and decisions and what themes top the agenda of the Roberts Court. (Students who take this short course may not take the two or three-credit version, LAW 707 The Supreme Court, in future semesters.) The course will be graded based on a three-hour take-home exam.
