Description
In Pretrial Civil Litigation students explore the pretrial process in federal civil litigation, including interviewing clients; drafting pleadings, written discovery and motions for summary judgment; taking and defending depositions; and presenting oral argument on motions for summary judgment. Two sections are offered in the Fall and Spring semesters and enrollment is limited to 16 students per section
