Description

Provides an overview of the legal system of the People’s Republic of China, as well as the political, social, and economic context in which it operates. Topics include, among others, the structure and organization of the Chinese party-state, the legislative process, the judiciary, criminal justice, administrative law, intellectual property, and human rights.
