Description

This seminar explains the fundamentals of negotiations and analyzes various approaches and tactics. Students will participate in several negotiation simulation exercises. It is a comparative law seminar, so students will become familiar with the negotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the EU-Mexico FTA, MERCOSUR, the US-Chile FTA, and other agreements
