Description

Controlled simulation clinics in which trial litigation skills development is patterned on litigation practice in the federal courts; trial tactics; and conduct of cases to verdict, including suppression motions, impaneling juries, opening statements, direct and cross-examination of witnesses, and closing arguments to jury.
