Description

The Law of Sales, including documentary sales and use of letters of credit, followed by an integrated study of the law of modern credit transactions, sales financing, and security devices.

All page numbers are cited to Honnold, et. al., Sales and Secured Financing. All cases and statutes within each assignment are to be read and prepared before class. Professor Baker may assign other problems in the casebook from time to time in class.
