Description
It is essential that students who plan to practice as criminal defense attorneys or prosecutors be aware of and fully versed in ethical responsibilities under the Rules of Professional Conduct. Many of the problems in the criminal justice system are caused, at least in part, by the failure of prosecutors and defense attorneys to fulfill their ethical duties. This course can be used to satisfy the Legal Ethics requirement.
