Description

A practical course designed to enrich students’ understanding of the Federal Rules of Evidence (FRE) and their application in a trial setting. Through a series of exercises, which simulate pretrial motions and witness examinations, students develop the skills to advocate for or against the admissibility of evidence at trial. Students receive feedback on all in-class exercises and complete self-assessments through video reviews. Students also work in teams outside of class on exercise preparation.
