Description

In the practice of law and in hotel topics,ýclients look to their attorneys to be not only anýauthority regarding legal interpretation, but toýalso understand and anticipate the nuances ofýcomplex transactions. When properly crafted, aýlegal agreement will clearly allocate and describeýlegal responsibility and risk and, at the sameýtime, articulate the obligations of the partiesýfor future action. Combining discussions ofýrelevant laws and legal scenarios, along withýdrafting and negotiation assignments, this classýcontinues the academic introduction of contractsýand offers essential skills for success inýpractice.
