Description
Using a combination of case study, dialogue, andýcourse work, this introductory course provides anýanalysis of complex legal issues routinelyýaddressed by attorneys engaged in hospitalityýmatters such as: licensing and franchise rights,ýtort liability, business formation and theýcomplexities of hotel real estate development.
