During the first weeks of the course, we will examine various current and advanced issues in these fields that may be attractive paper topics. Papers may be about any topic related to the fields of Health Law and/or Food and Drug Law broadly defined. Students will present their works in progress in class and critique each other’s projects. Papers of sufficient length may be used satisfy the upper level writing requirement. To be eligible for this seminar, students must either have taken at least one relevant course previously or receive the permission of the instructor (which will be granted if the student has relevant experience and/or a relevant well-conceived research project).
