Description

This course focuses on the organization of and presentation of information to the modern jury, i.e., creatively crafting persuasive arguments using technology. The Trial Director app for the iPad will be the primary electronic evidence presentation software platform and Microsoft PowerPoint will be the primary demonstrative/graphic evidence presentation platform. You will use these technologies, with a heavy emphasis on case framing and development, to learn courtroom persuasion techniques. This is a learning-by-doing class, which emphasizes practical exercises and concludes with a half-day mock trial final exam.
